Our restaurant has a cosy and charming atmosphere; with its wood-burning stove, contemporary décor, and beautiful original paintings adorning the rustic walls, it makes for the perfect venue/backdrop to enjoy delicious food in a warm and relaxing environment.

Guests enter the restaurant and are welcomed by our team of friendly and efficient staff, whose aim is to make your dining experience enjoyable and relaxed. They will readily explain the dishes on the menu, specials board and offer advice on wine selection if required.

To avoid disappointment we advise that you make reservations for dinner in advance.

Our highly skilled team of young chefs create exciting and innovative dishes using the finest local ingredients.

The menus change throughout the year to complement the seasons and daily special dishes feature the best and freshest local produce. Most of our fish comes from Peterhead, whilst our famous whole prawns are delivered fresh from Applecross Bay. The provenance of our meat is equally impressive, coming from local hill farms and estates, and is fully matured before it reaches us.

We pride ourselves on our locally sourced produce:

  • Lamb shanks, black pudding, mince and haggis are sourced from Grants of Speyside
  • Rib eye steaks, sausages, striploin of beef and lamb (for Sunday roasts) are all from an array of local suppliers
  • Salmon and prawns are from "Sea Stocks"
  • Dairy products are from Grahams Dairy in Nairn

A member of our kitchen team is dedicated to creating the most tempting puddings, and those who prefer a savoury end to their meal can sample our delicious array of Scottish cheeses, served at just the perfect temperature.

Whatever your choice, you will not be disappointed…

Please note we are not dog friendly in our restaurant. However, we do accept your well behaved furry friends in our bar and courtyard.

To avoid disappointment we advise that you make reservations for dinner in advance.
